Zen Shiatsu

Zen Shiatsu is a Japanese therapeutic massage based on Traditional Chinese Medicine. It may help you restore and rebalance Ki in your body, your life force. The therapy supports you in restoring your physical and mental health, while providing a deep sense of well-being and relaxation.

Chi Nei Tsang

Abdominal Detox Chi Massage: this ancient Chinese technique is a form of acupressure on each of the abdominal organs, relaxing any tension and releasing the respective emotions that are stored and stuck in them.

The therapy lasts 60 minutes. Not advised during days of the period and pregnancy for women. This acupressure goes quite deep and can result painful – this is normal. Thus, the release of emotions can be greater.

How to re-connect with yourself

Each of the therapies – Zen Shiatsu, Rejuvance, Chi Nei Tsang – offer you an unique approach to get in touch with yourself.

  • Do you feel stuck in life and want to change something? Have you been dealing with long-lasting issues or simply want to relax more? Zen Shiatsu can make you feel more grounded and relaxed, while addressing a variety of health issues such as back problems, digestion and respiratory issues, fertility and hormones, depression and many more.
  • Are you generally worried? Do you recognise frowning wrinkles on your forehead? Do you suffer from a tense jaw or migraines? Rejuvance will help you relax your facial muscles. Your body might take this relaxation as a positive impulse to relax altogether.
  • Are you emotionally blocked? Is there something you would like to let go of? This may be something you can’t quite put into words, but you feel it in your “guts”. Chi Nei Tsang is beneficial in clearing emotional blockages and re-connect you with your “gut feeling”.
